STEP 2 - Returns

Once you contact us, we will promptly provide you with a confirmation acknowledging the need to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

Certain conditions and product types cannot be returned and are not accepted, including:

• Broken or damaged products due to improper use or maintenance, normal wear, and tear, commercial use, accident, or external causes
• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
• Health and personal care products
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Gift cards or downloadable software products
• Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer. Instead, mail it back to us at P.O. Box 2495, Vidalia GA 30475, United States. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a reputable carrier such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or the United States Postal Service, which allows for shipment tracking. Additionally, considering purchasing shipping insurance is advised. We cannot proceed with your exchange or refund request until we safely receive and inspect the returned product.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, while items on sale and "free, just pay shipping" items are not eligible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit of the same value upon its return. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive an email containing the gift credit details and instructions on how to use it.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will notify the gift giver about the return and issue the refund to them, provided that the return conditions have been met.
